Printed Spoonie Challenge, Chronic Illness Spoon Theory Challenge Document

This is the physical printed copy of Spoon Culture's Spoonie Challenge.

This Challenge was designed so that people without chronic health conditions can understand what it is like to live with limited energy.
This Challenge features 23 activities for which have a predetermined amount of spoons that they cost. There is also 1 blank area that you can put your own activity.
There are 3 recharge options for your spoons that only give a limited and random number of spoons.

What's in a Spoonie Challenge Set?

Options:
1 Set- 1 of each page
1 Set + 1 Spoon Tracker- 1 of each page, plus 1 extra Spoon Tracker (ST) page, this means 2 Spoon Trackers
1 Set + 5 Spoon Trackers 1 of each page, plus 5 extra Spoon Tracker (ST) pages, this means 6 Spoon Trackers
1 Spoon Tracker- Only 1 copy of the spoon tracker- this does not include the rules or value pages
3 Spoon Trackers- Same as above, this is not a full set but is 3 copies of the last page "Spoon Tracker", not a full set.
5 Spoon Trackers- Same as above, this is not a full set but is 5 copies of the last page "Spoon Tracker", not a full set.

Why choose a laminated copy?
Laminated pages hold up better, are water-resistant, and can be used as dry erase boards!!*
*Using a laminated page as a dry erase board may leave some color residue depending on the marker and the length of time left on the page.

So why choose a non-laminated copy?
While laminated pages are stronger, they are harder to write on. Non-laminated pages can be written on with pencils, pens, crayons even! They are also slightly easier to hold.
