-The notes version has a specific area to put additional notes that do not fit anywhere else.
-In the back of the book you can organize your test results, meds taken, and doctors’ information.
--The completed size of this book is about 8 3/4" x 5 3/4" x 5/8". Small enough to fit in many handbags or backpacks. Lightweight and easy to carry.

-This Symptom Journal has a full year of undated weekly symptom tracking pages. It does not have any monthly pages.

-I will do my best to complete each custom journal as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your symptom journal to ship.
